In November 2018, all participating islands and countries signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) from which six spearheads arise.

 

1. Stimulating prevention and positive parenting

2. Preventing and combating child abuse

3. Developing “safety nets” (for example: community school, pre- and after-school activities)

4. Promoting the participation of children and young

5. Providing professional help and support for children and families (youth care)

6. Special attention for vulnerable children, including migrant children and children with disabilities
